Apartment Layout: Each apartment has a parlor, a dining room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two toilets, a front veranda, and a kitchen balcony.
Walls: 15cm thick blocks.
Headroom: 3.5m.
Foundation: Built on isolated footings.
Foundation Walls: 20cm blocks, laid under beams with a depth of 66cm.
Footings: 100cm x 120cm and 30cm thick, with a 5cm lean concrete layer.
Ground Beam: 20cm x 30cm.
Pillars: 20cm x 32.5cm and 15cm x 30cm at the floor level.
Windows: Varying width and a height of 1.30m, anchored at a head height of 2.15m.
Doors: Varying width and a height of 2.15m.
Lintel: Above all openings, there’s a 15cm x 20cm lintel.
Handrails: 90cm high on balconies.
Staircase: Risers of 16cm and goings of 30cm. Floor-to-floor height is 3.20m.
Main Entrance Door: Passes under the landing of the staircase.
Window: The first flight landing has a window with a width of 2.4m, ending at the window head height of the 2nd floor.
Roof: The slope is 30°. Rafters are spaced at 1.00m. Tie beam overhangs the walls by 80cm. The roof covering is of tôle bac.
Truss: Rafters are 5cm x 15cm, and vertical struts are spaced at 1.20m, center to center.
