JORDAN’S STORY OF STRUGGLE AND REDEMPTION
SECTION ONE
Jordan, the lone child, grew up in a happy home with his parents. They did lots of things together. Every morning, the smell of freshly baked banana bread wafted from the kitchen, enticed Jordan to wake up and join his family for breakfast. His dad would fix things in the garage humming along to old reggae music while his mom would set the table and pour fresh tea in their mugs. Saturdays were for market trips where Jordan’s parents would teach him how to bargain with the vendors and Sundays were for picnics.
Jordan was a good student and liked reading adventure books and building model airplanes. He was fascinated by stories of explorer and inventors and he dreamt of making a difference in the world one day. His parents encouraged his curiosity and he thrived in the supportive environment they had created for him. His parents made him feel loved and safe, and he knew he could always count on them.
Note: The text in the image contains forward slashes (/) which appear to be used as reading markers or breath indicators. I have removed them for the sake of a clean extraction, but I can include them if you need the exact typographical layout.
