PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The drawing on appendix 01 represent the ground floor, first floor and roof plans of a residential building.

The head room of the first floor is 3.00m, which flushes at the top of the tie beam of 15x20cm.
The height from ground floor to first floor is 3.20m :
The decking is 20cm thick done with 16cm hollow blocks and a concrete flange of 4cm. I he beams at
first floor deckimz are 20x40cm.;
The ground floor is made up of an 8cm thick over site concrete which lies on a 10cm thick .hardcore.
The ground floor level is the level ±0.00 while the ground level is at –20cm
The footings start at level –1.15m. The height of footing is 30cm and the blinding concrete is 5cm
below the footings.
The foundation wall is carried by a mass concrete of 50cm x 20cm cross sectional area.
The footings are of size 1 ,00m x 80cm.
The ground beams are 20 x 30xm.
The windows 1.30 x 1.40m and the sill height 85cm
Toilet windows are 60cmx60cm and of sill height 1.50
