Human and natural activities are the principal causes of environmental degradation.
Some natural factors of environmental degradation includes: Acid rain, volcanic eruptions, excess rain
fall and lloods. Etc
On the other hand, we also have human factors such as pollution, the use of fossil fuels, deforestation
and rapid urbanisation. These natural and human factors have produced detrimental effects on the
environment in recent times. This situation has brought in health difficulties, extreme weather
conditions and loss of biodiversity.
