The Minister of Higher Education announces to prospective and interested
candidates that the UK Chevening Scholarship Scheme through the British High
Commission in Yaounde is offering a number of scholarships for the 2017/18
academic year.
This offer is open to outstanding professionals with leadership potentials from
Cameroon, wishing to undertake a Master’s degree programme at a UK university of their choice. The domains of study include:
– Security and peace (International Security, Security Management, Terrorism,
Regional Development, Conflict Resolution, Peace Studies, Public Health, Wildlife
Protection) ,
– Prosperity (Engineering, Economies and Trade, Governance and Development,
Creativity and Innovation, Entrepreneurship),
– Human Rights and Freedom of Expression (Media Law and Political Communication),
-Governance and Rule of Law.
Application runs from August 08 to November 08, 2016. Interested applicants are called

NB: There is no upper age limit
