 THE SOLAR SYSTEM

The solar system is a group of heavenly bodies made up of the eight planets and their satellites that revolve around them. Some basics definitions

1 SUN: The sun is a large mass of very hot gases (hydrogen and helium) burning at extremely high temperatures. It is the only source of light and heat for the plant of the solar system.

2 PLANETS: A planet is a heavenly body moving around the sun

3 Moon: The moon is a heavenly body that revolves s around the planets through his stinks. Its light comes from the sun reflections.

4 Stars: They are heavenly bodies that are made up of hot burning gases and shine by their own light  Components of the solar systems

The sun is at the center of the solar systems. Revolving round the sun are the eight planets namely Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune. The planets are divided into 2groups the INNER and the OUTER planet

They are divided by the ASTERIOD BELT

The solar systeme has a collection of many stars all this grouped is called a GALAXY. The galaxy in which our solar system is found is called the MILKY WAY .The Milky Way and others galaxies forms the UNIVERSE
