You have just completed the annual inventory at the KeyTech Company Ltd where you are on internship. Madam Pullcherie, the manager, ask you to fill in the stock card using the First-in-First Out (FIFO) method of stock valuation.

Madam Pullcherie asks you to fill in the stock form in the appendix 2, taking into account the following information in appendix 1, for the year 2025.

Work required:

  • i. Start a spread sheet application. (1 mark)

  • ii. Reproduce the table below while respecting the formatting. (5 marks)

  • iii. Introduce in cell K4, the formula =(I4*J4) enabling to calculate the amount of stock in the warehouse on the 01/09/25. (1 mark)

  • iv. In cell E5, introduce the formula =(C5*D5) enabling to calculate the amount of entries on the 02/09/25. (1 mark)

  • v. Introduce a formula in cell K5 enabling you to calculate the amount of stocks. (1 mark)
